AHRP Law Firm Successfully Held Legal Workshop on LNG SPA's at PGN with King & Wood Mallesons

With the aim to raise awareness on the opportunity to enhance commercial success on LNG exports, AHRP has managed to collaborate with King & Wood Mallesons Singapore to hold Legal Workshop on LNG's SPA Commercial Clauses. Exclusively tailored for PGN and its subsidiaries, AHRP aimed to educate business actors on key issues related to LNG sale and purchase contracts through presentation conducted by David Phua, Partner of King & Wood Mallesons. The workshop was attended by participants from PT PGN, PT PGN LNG Indonesia, and associates from AHRP Law Firm.
