The Government Introduces Electronic Certificate for Land Registration

On 12 January 2021, the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/the Head of National Land Agency introduces MoAA Reg. No. 1/2021 on Electronic Certificate, which came into effect immediately. This regulation is one of the efforts to improve the quality of public services in the land sector by utilizing modern integrated technology in conducting land registration, as such, it is expected that the issuance of MoAA Reg. No. 1/2021 will accelerate the land service process and improve its efficiency.
