AHRP is delighted to have assisted ASTRA Infra in advancing Indonesian’s Infrastructure by acquiring 49% stock in PT Jasamarga Pandaan Malang from PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk, PT PP (Persero) Tbk., and PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero)
Along with completing this large transaction, Astra Infra jointly operates PT Jasamarga Pandaan Malang, a concession holder of Pandaan-Malang Toll road, one of Indonesia's most prestigious toll roads due to its function in interconnecting two big cities of Indonesia, with Jasa Marga as the majority shareholder. We sincerely hope that the synergy among the state-owned enterprises and private-owned enterprises, notably in the toll road infrastructure sector, will be strengthened through this transaction.
Quoting from President Director of Astra Infra, Mr. Tet Fa Djap, the transaction is a manifestation of Astra Infra’s endeavor in 2021 to expand and contribute in the midst of the pandemic. This transaction also proves that the investment in the toll road sector by private enterprises is still appealing and will continue to grow for the next few years.
