AHRP Advises PLN Enjiniring (PLNE) on the Signing of Conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement and Conditional Shares Purchase Agreement

We are proud to have assisted PT Prima Layanan Nasional Enjiniring as a subsidiary of PT PLN (Persero) ("PLN Enjiniring (PLNE)") in the signing of the Conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement, the Conditional Shares Purchase Agreement, and related transaction documents together with PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk., PT Crompton Prima Switchgear Indonesia (CPSI), and CG International Holdings Singapore Pte Ltd (CGS), under the coordination of Danantara Indonesia.

Signed in Jakarta on 4 March 2026, this transaction marks an important milestone in strengthening strategic collaboration among the parties in the development and advancement of Indonesia’s power and infrastructure sector.
