AHRP Law Firm as Speaker at Hukumonline Training 2026 on Corporate Compliance and Beneficial Ownership

On 31 March 2026, AHRP Law Firm participated as a speaker in the Hukumonline Training 2026: “Urgency of Corporate Administrative Compliance Post-Permenkum 49/2025 and Its Implications on Beneficial Ownership Reporting.” The session highlighted key regulatory developments concerning corporate administrative obligations and the evolving framework for Beneficial Ownership (BO) reporting in Indonesia.
