We are delighted to share that we have managed to assist our client before the Tax Court for custom and tax disputes in relation to the implementation of Government Regulation Number 42 of 1995 and the implementing Ministry of Finance Decree in relation to our client's rights for exclusion of custom duties, vat, and income tax specifically conducted for the purpose of a government project with a foreign grant.
