The Ministry of Finance has introduced a transformative framework for project financing through State Sharia Securities (SBSN) through Minister of Finance Regulation Number 75 of 2025 on Procedures for the Execution of Payments for Activities Financed through the Issuance of State Sharia Securities. MoF Reg 75/2025 modernizes payment procedures, integrates advanced treasury systems, and strengthens governance to support national development projects.
It introduces real-time fund transfer systems like SPAN, ALBI, and CMS BUS, sets detailed rules for SBSN Special Accounts, and refines payment categories for better flexibility. With enhanced transparency, strict compliance, and clear procedures for unfinished work and multi-year contracts, MoF Reg 75/2025 marks a new era of efficiency and accountability in public finance.
This is a big step toward harmonizing SBSN financing and improving risk management for projects that drive Indonesia’s growth.
