On Wednesday, 11 November 2020, AHRP collaborated with PT PLN (Persero) in hosting a workshop attended by almost 200 PLN's employees around Indonesia including the legal team of the company. The workshop was divided by two sessions. This even was held as part of our contribution as long term retainer lawyer of PLN.
The first session was about “Legal Aspects in Construction Services” presented by our Partner Irawady Azwar. The second entitled “the Implementation of GCG Principle in State-Owned Enterprise to Mitigate Financial Audit Risk” presented by our Senior Partner Abdul Haris M Rum, and other Partners Irawady Azwar and Zaka Hadisupani Oemang. Four AHRP associates were also actively participated in this event. The workshop served as a discussion forum on various new regulations relevant to PLN as a company or their ongoing projects. We were really impressed by the activeness of the participants who made every aspect of the discussion become a practical lesson that could be implemented in PLN business activity going forward.
