The prevailing laws and regulations do not set up any limitations of foreign ownership of share for the establishment of companies engaged in the mineral and coal mining sectors. However, the prevailing laws and regulations impose the mandatory divestment for the said companies which shall be carried out to the certain years depending on the mining method and other relevant factors.
