On 5 June 2023, the Minister of Public Works and Housing issued Decree Number 602/KPTS/M/2023 on the Domestic Component Level Regulation for Construction Services. The decree sets the minimum requirement for the Domestic Component Level (Tingkat Komponen Domestik Negeri or "TKDN") in construction works, construction consultation services, and integrated construction works.
