Irawady has advised governments, developers, corporates, lenders, and contractors across various infrastructure sectors, including construction, power, oil and gas, mining and natural resources, water, transportation, energy, and telecommunications. He regularly advises clients on some of the largest and most complex “first-of-a-kind” project financings in Indonesia. He has also actively participated in investment, commercial, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, financing, and banking projects, gaining extensive experience and regulatory knowledge in these areas. Irawady acted as a legal expert for the Committee for Acceleration of Priority Infrastructure Delivery, assisting the Government in implementing, supervising, and de-bottlenecking more than 200 national strategic infrastructure projects. He is an Indonesian-certified PPP specialist and holds a competency certificate in government goods and services procurement issued by the Indonesian Government. Irawady is regarded as one of The A-List Indonesia Top 100 Lawyers in 2024 and 2025 by Asia Business Law Journal. Most recently, he was recognized by IFLR1000 (2025) as a Notable Practitioner in the Project Development practice area. In 2026, he was recognized in The 200 Club: Indonesia’s Most Influential Lawyers by Hukumonline.
