AHRP Delivers Legal Training on Mergers & Acquisitions for PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (PPA)

AHRP Law Firm was pleased to deliver a legal training session to PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (PPA) on mergers and acquisitions as an instrument for business and group restructuring, aimed at strengthening PPA’s role in supporting the streamlining of state-owned enterprises as mandated by the Government of Indonesia.

The session was led by Partner M. Fadra Heryndra and Partner Aryangga P. Febrianto, with contributions from Senior Associate Merina Elfian and Associates Hana Oktaviandri and Wildan Hasbia. The speakers shared practical perspectives on the strategic use of M&A transactions as a restructuring tool, covering transaction structuring, regulatory and compliance considerations, negotiation dynamics, as well as closing and post-closing implementation.
