AHRP Joins ICC YAAF Forum on Third Party Funding in Arbitration

AHRP was honored to participate in the ICC YAAF Forum: Unlocking Opportunity with Third Party Funding, held on 18 June 2025 at Hutan Kota Plataran, Jakarta. Our Partner, Aryangga P. Febrianto, joined leading experts from ICC, Burford Capital, and De Brauw to discuss the transformative role of third-party funding (TPF) in international arbitration.

This forum highlighted the benefits of TPF in expanding access to justice, especially for Indonesian parties, and addressed key legal and practical considerations in its application. We are proud to contribute to shaping the future of arbitration in Indonesia through dialogue and collaboration.
