AHRP Law Firm Shares Insights on OJK Regulations at Pertagas CorSec Talk Series

AHRP Law Firm was pleased to be invited as speakers at the CorSec Talk Series held by PT Pertamina Gas (Pertagas) on Monday, 8 December 2025, discussing the impact and implementation of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) regulations in Pertagas’ corporate activities.

This session featured our Senior Partner Abdul Haris M. Rum, Partner Aryangga P. Febrianto, and Senior Associate Merina Elfian, who shared practical insights on regulatory impact, corporate governance, and the application of OJK regulations within Pertagas as a subsidiary of the listed company, PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk.
