AHRP Participates in the Training on the Law of Energy and Mineral Resources 2025 at the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia

AHRP had the honor of participating as one of the speakers in the Training on the Law of Energy and Mineral Resources 2025, organized by the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia.
AHRP was represented by Fadra Heryndra (Partner) and Merina Alfian (Senior Associate), who delivered a presentation titled Exploring the Role of Investment through Various Business Entities in Supporting Indonesia’s Upstream Oil and Gas Development. The session highlighted the legal and regulatory frameworks surrounding foreign investment in Indonesia’s upstream oil and gas sector, including viable business structures and key legal considerations.
The session was expertly moderated by Nathalie Grace Celine (Associate), who ensured a structured and insightful discussion throughout the event. Her role contributed significantly to the overall success of the session and the clarity of the key messages delivered.
