As our commitment to deliver excellence until the last bit of the year, we are pleased to announce that we have successfully assisted PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTAM; IDX: ANTM; ASX: ATM), member of PT Mineral Industri Indonesia (Persero) (MIND ID), along with Ningbo Contemporary Brunp Lygen Co. Ltd. ("CBL") through its controlled subsidiary, HongKong CBL Limited ("HKCBL") in completing a series of transactions related to the integrated nickel minerals downstream development in Indonesia.
ANTAM and HKCBL have concluded 2 (two) share sale and purchase transactions in ANTAM's subsidiaries, namely PT Sumberdaya Arindo ("SDA") and PT Feni Haltim ("FHT"). These transactions are essential steps to actualize the development of EV Battery Ecosystem in Indonesia.
