In order to conserve domestic energy resources and enhance their utilization efficiecy, Energy Provider, Energy User, Importer, and Producers are required to implement energy conservation. In light of these factors, the Government of Indonesia enacts Government Regulation Number 33/2023 on Energy Conservation to regulate rational and prudent use of energy in order to fulfill the energy need of the present and future.
