OJK has taken a significant step forward with the enactment of OJK Regulation Number 3 of 2024 on the Implementation of Financial Sector Technology Innovation. This pivotal regulation aims to enhance the regulatory framework for financial sector technology innovation, reflecting OJK's commitment, as outlined in Law Number 4 of 2023, to the development and enforcement of the financial sector. With this regulation, OJK updates and expands upon the provisions for digital financial innovation established in the previous OJK Regulation Number 13/POJK.02/2018.
