Modernizing Mining: The Evolution of PKP2B Asset Governance through MoF Reg. 77/2025

One of the strategies to strengthen the realization of security and business certainty is to refine the regulatory framework governing critical industry assets. To further harmonize and modernize asset management, the Minister of Finance has enacted MoF Reg. 77/2025, which introduces a definitive cut-off mechanism for state assets and optimizes state assets from PKP2B and operational waste processing. This regulation officially replaces MoF Reg. 225/2021 to ensure more efficient oversight during mining license transitions.
