In order to increase the effectiveness in project financing through Syariah State Securities (Surat Berharga Syariah Negara or SBSN), the Government has recently issued Government Regulation 16 of 2023 on 3 April 2023. This Government Regulation is also necessary to increase the utilization of the proceeds from the issuance of SBSN, which is key to facilitate the Government's endeavour in providing and developing national infrastructure projects.
