On June 21st 2021, MoEMR issued a new decree regarding the recent changes on requirements and procedures to obtain Non-Metal Minerals, Certain Types of Non-Metal Minerals, and Rocks Mining Business License Area. Further, the decree asserted that the authority to stipulate and issue Non-Metal Minerals, Certain Types of Non-Metal Minerals, and Rocks Mining Business License Area is delegated by MoEMR to DGMC.
